The staff were helpful! Mr Usman at the front desk was a gem and helped us plan our local visits with his great recommendations. The breakfast spread was good.

It wasn't exactly a steal, but for the comfort and service received, I'd say it was worth it.

I liked the deluxe room which was stylish. Had a writing desk, an iron and a work area. Staff were supper friendly, and facilities were very nice modern here.

The service was good with parking on site.

I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of my room. It was like the housekeeping was rushed, as I found dust in multiple areas. The noise from neighboring rooms was intrusive.

The room was neat and fashionable with complimentary afternoon tea, 1-bed extra large king size bed and well equipped bathroom, at least for me. Its magnificent, central location was a plus. The pool was very clean and I had hot drinks in the roof top bar. All the staff was accommodating and incredibly nice, fixed my issues.

Maybe breakfast could be a little more complete given the price of the hotel, but it's still good.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spa treatments and the rooftop pool where I could unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was that the breakfast options could be improved a bit to have more local flavors, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. Definitely recommend checking out the spa for some serious relaxation 🌟

I loved the hotel. I actually booked it at the last minute and I didn't expect much from it. And, oh, surprise! Incredible staff, good facilities and excellent service. . They helped me in absolutely everything and patiently offered me help, as I speak very little English.

When I had to check out I had to do it over a maximum of 2pm; so as I was travelling at night I decided to pay overtime. But poor communication between the staff, or perhaps the person about to finish and do his job quickly two hours later opened the door of the room for me without consent and entered. The truth made me very angry; because it was my room, I was paying for it and I needed privacy. When I put the complaint in reception, not a single apology was made.
